This will be a truly special and immersive day, thoughtfully woven around the healing power of sound, stillness, movement and embodiment. It is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life, quiet the noise, listen inwardly and give your body and nervous system the space it has been asking for.

About.....
Throughout the day, you will be guided through two beautiful sound experiences, including immersive sound journeys, therapeutic soundscapes and soulful live music. We will explore somatic practices designed to bring you out of the mind and gently back into the wisdom of your body, alongside workshops, mantra, meditation and moments of meaningful connection.
There will be flowing yoga to awaken and energise, yin yoga to soften and restore, and a dedicated period of silence to allow the day’s practices to settle deeply. We will share ceremonial cacao together, blending mindfulness meditation and a somatic yoga nidra.
Through layered sound journeys, live instruments, gentle vocal practices, mantra and meditation, you will be guided from the busyness of fight-or-flight and into the restorative rhythm of the parasympathetic nervous system.
You will also be cared for with beautiful Ayurvedic-inspired food that is plant-based, gluten-free and made with love to nourish you from the inside out.

Soundscape & Somatics
Throughout this retreat, we will be working deeply with sound frequencies, therapeutic instruments, voice, mantra, texture and tone to create a sanctuary for your whole being. Sound has the ability to move beyond the thinking mind, inviting the body to soften, the breath to deepen and the nervous system to settle.
This is a space to be held by vibration, to listen with your whole body and to allow sound to become a pathway back to calm, presence and inner harmony.
We will also share simple tools you can carry into everyday life, using your own voice, breath and sound as anchors for regulation, grounding and connection.

Plant based cuisine
You will be nourished by plant-based cuisine that is refined sugar free and gluten free. These nourishing dishes not only tantalise the taste buds but also heal and nourish the body.
The dishes that are created for retreats are inspired by Ayurvedic principles, global flavours, and colours. The creations bring a symphony of healing energy to the body, by fostering a holistic approach to wellness through mindful, plant-powered living.


Cacao & Meditation
An intentional part of the day will be held in silence, creating space to step away from the noise of everyday life and turn gently inward. Through a grounding cacao ritual, mindfulness practices and deep meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen closely, and reconnect with what is truly present within you.
This quiet, reflective space will offer time for deep introspection, journaling, clarity and intentional goal-setting—allowing insights to arise naturally, without pressure or distraction. A nourishing pause to reset your nervous system, honour where you are, and reconnect with the direction you wish to move towards.
