Cancelation policy
Weekly, Fortnightly, and recurring events
- For all weekly, fortnightly, and recurring events, we require a 7 days notice for a full refund.
- For a deposit refund, we require a 48 hours notice.
- Failing to do so will incur a full charge of the event's price.
- If you are able to get someone to fill up your spot, or if someone from our waiting list is able to attend, we might be able to waive the fee at our discretion.
One off events and retreats
- For all one off events and retreats, we require a 3 weeks notice for a full refund.
- For a deposit refund, we require a 7 days notice.
